We are using Squarespace, Inc. (“Squarespace”), a website and webshop technology provider, as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The following data will be processed by Squarespace: Your name, address, email address as well as the order and payment status. PayPal Holdings, Inc (“PayPal”) is the payment services provider. The following personal information will be processed by PayPal, or - depending on your location - the PayPal affiliate responsible for your territory: Your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, payment details. This data processing is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission as of July 12, 2016 (“EU-U.S. Privacy Shield”).

You may voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. In this case we collect and process your email address. You may unsubscribe from this service at any time without additional cost.

We are using a newsletter service of the Morr Music Distribution GmbH as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The processing of your data is based on the Data Processing Addendum we entered into with Morr Music Distribution GmbH. A copy of such Data Processing Addendum may be made available upon request.

Business partners may voluntarily subscribe to our press newsletter. In this case we collect and process the name and email address of the representative of such business.

We are using Morr Music Distribution GmbH as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR to perform the press newsletter services on our behalf. The processing of your data is based on the Data Processing Addendum we entered into with Morr Music Distribution GmbH. A copy of such Data Processing Addendum may be made available upon request.
